My question on the distribution of pegieon wing pea group is “what is the main driving affect on the potential distribution of Clitoria in South East Asia? climate, topography, soil or human.” Six species, unifoliate Clitoria (Clitoria cordiformis), Hance’s Clitoria (Clitoria hanceana), laurel leaf pigeonwings pea (C. laurifolia), Wallich’s Clitoria (C. macrophylla), Maryland pigeonwings pea (C. mariana) and Asian pigeonwings pea (C. ternatea), were tested the distribution with elevation, climatic variables (temperature and precipitation) and non climatic variables (soil, vegetation type and human impact).
